Four gatherings, four portals, four elements that live within you.

We invite you to four ancestral ceremonies infused with the wisdom of the Medicine Wheel, the sacred medicine of ceremonial cacao, somatic liberation exercises, and rituals to reconnect with the elemental being that you are. In each ceremony, you will be guided through a somatic and sensorial journey, to reconnect once again with your most subtle senses and the primordial wisdom that lives within you.

Each gathering is a living exploration of one element of the Medicine Wheel.

This journey will lead you to reconnect with your body, your vital energy, your sensitivity, and your personal power.

7th Nov

Water – Honoring Our Waters 

The art of feeling and surrendering.

We begin this journey by immersing ourselves in our inner waters, remembering the healing power of vulnerability, intuition, and flow.

The focus of this ceremony is tenderness, deep listening, and inner purification.

Practices: free movement, intuitive singing, ritual with flowers and cacao.

Earth – Rooted in the Earth

Returning to the body as our home.

In this second portal, we will reprogram the ways in which we connect with our bodies.

We will activate awareness of our physicality and observation.

We leave the struggle behind and reconnect with this vehicle of expression through presence and cooperation.

Practices: ancestral movement, circular breathing, tapping, cacao ceremony, and earth offering.

Air – The Call Back to the Heart

The breath that cleanses and clarifies.

Air teaches us to release the mind, transform beliefs, and open the channel of expression.

Through breath, word, and song, we recover lightness and clarity to communicate from the heart.

Practices: conscious breathing, vocal offering, sound meditation, and cacao.

Fire – I Celebrate My Creative Power and Live from Passion

The fire that transforms, creates, and celebrates.

We close the cycle by activating the vital energy and sacred pleasure of the body.

Fire awakens our creative force, passion, and purpose, guiding us toward inspired action and the celebration of life.

Practices: ecstatic dance, shamanic journey, herbal cleansing, cacao ceremony to ignite passion and presence.
