Shamanic ceremonies & practices need to be demystify.
They are not just about plant ceremonies, out of body experiences, or anything to do with witchcraft, Santeria ect.
Shamanism is one of the most ancient ways in which us as human found way to connect and be in relation to the mystery of existence.
We observe, we felt, we honoured what was around us. And in that observation came a strong relation of reciprocity and respect to the visible ( water, earth, fire, earth) and the invisible
I am sharing this testimonial from a private ceremony that I did for a father an a teenager daughter which illustrates what is shamanism is also about

TESTIMONY
Coinciding with the last autumn equinox, I went with my daughter to Torcal de Antequera to do a ceremony in the energy center of Andalusia.
Daniela guided us to go within our heart and let our intuition speak to intuition, especially that of a 13-year-old teenager.
Inspired, my daughter led us to a magical place and directed us, apparently without knowing it, to the north and to the seven tables.
During the journey, we connected with our power animal and enter into a dream surrounded by those ancient rocks. The energy and vibration of the Torcal de Antequera enhanced the experience and the connection with the Pachamama and the ancestors of those lands.
We concluded with offerings to the guardians of the four directions, as a was the way to give thank so much blessing. It was a gift for everyone, but even more so for my daughter, since she sows the seed of love and respect for Mother Earth.
