Pure Cacao “The King of Cacao” Criollo
Our Peruvian cacao is grown by cooperatives of small farmers. The Criolla variety is considered “the king of cacao” because it is the oldest and produces high quality beans with fine flavours and aromas. With this grain, the least possible processing is used, applying low fermentation and low temperature without roasting, through unique methods to maintain its purity and natural quality.
This Cacao is of Peruvian Origin. It is grown in the Andes within an organic production system, where careful measures are taken to process it as little as possible and at low temperatures, in order to preserve the nutritional and medicinal properties of this cacao. The Andes have traditionally been a source of excellent food and medicinal plants.
